Molly Wichman, Personal Trainer in Lee's Summit shares health & fitness for Mother's Day!
This Mother's Day, I'm celebrating my mom who shows up to train with me every single week!
Most people come to me for fitness guidance, but with my mom, it's a mutual inspiration.

She's living proof that staying active isn't just for the young. Her commitment to our weekly workouts has helped maintain her bone density despite osteopenia, kept her strong enough for those van trips with friends she loves so much, and gives her the energy to go dancing every week!
The greatest gift we share isn't just our workout time together (though I cherish those moments), but the example she sets: be active to stay active. At any age, movement is medicine.
Happy Mother's Day to my incredibly strong, adventurous mom. Thank you for showing me that health and vitality have no limit. Here's to many more workouts and adventures!
Oh and her National Parks stamp book is definitely a retirement goal for me!
