We all want to feel CONFIDENT when we peel off that cover-up or shirt! It's not just about looking good in photos – it's about feeling AMAZING when you catch a glimpse of yourself in those pool reflections & selfies!


5 MUST-DO TIPS TO DROP 5 LBS IN 14 DAYS:


1.  Increase Your Water Intake

Flush those toxins and reduce bloat by drinking 2-3 liters daily! PRO TIP: Add lemon wedges and cucumber slices to make it crave-worthy. Water fills you up before meals, reducing overall calorie intake without even trying!


2.  HIIT It Hard, But Smart

20-minute high-intensity interval training sessions burn more calories than an hour of steady cardio! Do 90 seconds all-out, 30 seconds rest for 20 minutes, 3x weekly. Your metabolism stays FIRED UP for hours afterward! Bonus if you want some shape as you lose body fat, Resistance Training. Bands, weights, bodyweight exercises give you shape and you lose body fat.
